Divide/split the screen of your Android phone screen (2 method)

 Android phones are smart to the extent of enabling users to run more than one application at a time on it, but while running more than one application in your Android phone, to access any of the other applications you opened before, you have to open "recent activities" and then choose /tap the application.
 Today I am going to show you how you can split your phone screen/open two apps at the same time on your Android phone but before we get to that, let's check few reasons why splitting the screen of your Android phone is helpful.
Reasons Why you need to split the screen of your Android device 
  •  Splitting of phone screen is good in cases where you need to type the text Irom a picture from your phone gallery into your phone browser or any other application in your Android phone, you don't need to be tapping on "recent activities" button to read  before going back to the app to type, all you have to do is to split your Android phone's screen and read directly from the app as you type it.


  • Splitting your android phone's screen will also give you the privilege to use a recommend app alongside an application, while reading a content, dictionary is required to make you understand words that you are not familiar with which appears in the article.


If you installed Facebook lite app twice into your android device, you can logging two Facebook account on one screen.
Methods
  • Split without app.
  • Split with an app.
 Splitting without app can only be done in phones like "infinix hot 6" and many other smart phones.
 To split your phone screen without app, the only requirement is your Android phone and nothing more.

Procedure
  • Open two or more application in your android phone:  open the apps you want to display in split mode (open the first one, tap home button and then open the second app you want to display in split mode), from the screen below you will observe that I opened Facebook lite app, minimize my phone screen  and then open opera mini app, this is because I want them to appear on my phone screen at the same time/use them in split mode .
  • From the two apps you opened, open the app you want to display on the top position of your phone screen.


  • After opening the apps, open "recent applications" and tap on split screen icon as seen below 👇





You have successfully split the screen of your Android phone 👇 


Tap facebook to use it on the second screen.


Now you can use both opera mini and Facebook on the same screen. 

How to split screen with app
Only few phones have the split screen icon, if your phone doesn't have the split screen icon then use the following apps to enable split screen mode:
  • Latest version of fooview app
  • (No root) menu button app
  • Volume styles app
